Records That Are Sealed or Confidential in Pulaski County

Several Pulaski County record categories never appear in Search ARCourts. Juvenile cases under Ark. Code § 9-27-309 are limited to parties, counsel, agencies, and authorized recipients. Adoption files under Ark. Code § 9-9-217 are closed and sealed unless a court order opens them. Sealed criminal records under Ark.
